Good topic, being college students we always don't get are recommended 8 hours of sleep, so it's important to make those hours count.

Nice job. I love to sleep and getting the appropriate amount of hours is key. The roommate snoring thing I can totally relate to.

Great blog CJ! This is always an important topic matter especially being college students. I've heard of some of those ways to help before the phone one is very important! so many people get text messages in the middle of the night and never learn! I'll try these out myself, I have a couple of friends with trouble sleeping i'll pass them on.

Good topic to talk about, and with those 5 easy tips people should be able to get more sleep. It’s nice to know that sleeping on your side all the time can lower stress levels. And I think it’s true about the whole digital clock, I know that nights that I can’t sleep I will stare at the clock and say to myself well at least I can still get this many hours of sleep, but then an hour later I am still staring and saying the same thing. Sometimes its better not to know what time it is.

I have the hardest time falling asleep at night and I think out of the five the article recommended I currently do none of them. I need to put my phone on silent at night because I think that that is the worst one and not just for me. The room being cool suggestion is probably hard for a lot of college students because I know in my room we have five fans going and the windows open and it is still hot in the room. These were great suggestions.
